Unlike other EHR providers, PCC's primary focus is pediatric. My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care firmly believes that investments in pediatric specific EHR system will enhance quality of service and ultimately overall patient satisfaction.

You can access PCC's secure patient portal to view your child's health information from anywhere, 24-hours a day. In addition, My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care provides mobile device friendly web site that is optimal for your smart phone or tablet.

Safe Vaccines Storage

It is more than just storage...

Proper storage and handling of vaccines are very important at pediatrics practice. Failure to do so may reduce vaccine potency, resulting inadequate immune response in patients and poor protection against disease. My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care follows Centers for Disease Control and Prevention ("CDC") Vaccine Storage Toolkit.

This provides best practice based on recommendations of the Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices ("ACIP"), vaccine manufacturers' product information, and studies conducted by the National Institute of Standards and Technology ("NIST").

My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care has two specially designed vaccine storage refrigerators and freezer. They are equipped with IP address embedded thermometers that monitors/records temperature and send out information to staffs in real time. Thermometers will alert our staffs via phone message whenever it detects suboptimal temperature so that we can immediately relocate vaccines to safer place. My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care will make every effort to ensure that the vaccines are stored and handled properly.

Dr. Jung worked in Emergency Room and as a hospitalist before establishing My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care. It allowed her to be exposed to wide variety of cases from critical, acute illness to injuries affecting infants, children, and adolescents.

Dr. Lee served as a Medical School Professor and also chaired the department of Pediatrics at one of the largest hospitals in Korea before joining My Kid's Pediatrics and Adolescent Care. With her background in academic medicine, she strives to practice evidence-based medicine using the latest, most up-to-date guidelines to provide the best care for your children.
